RFLX Cardio Kickboxing
This class is designed to burn MAXIMUM CALORIES in MINIMUM TIME and get you ripped and ready for action! Classes are 30 minutes long and INTENSE! This is cutting edge fitness the way Pro Fighters in the UFC are trained so you burn fat and build lean muscle in the most efficient way. You’ll kick and punch your way to a whole new you.

RFLX MMA MetaFit™
MMA MetaFit™ is designed to prepare the MMA fighter or Combat Athlete for competition. The basic workout is based on 5 x 5 minute rounds with 1 minute of rest in between. This means you get an intense, total body workout in just 28 minutes! Classes use actual BJJ and MMA techniques with a grappling bag for a high velocity, low impact workout. Every workout is different to really challenge your body to grow stronger and leaner – you won’t believe the results you can get.
Classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:25pm – 5:55pm
and Saturday at 9:00 – 10:00 am
RFLX Muay Thai
This is authentic Muay Thai kickboxing using real Thai Pads and REAL Muay Thai techniques. Become a student of “The Art of 8 Limbs” – this ancient art is so effective because it utilizes punches, elbow strikes, knee strikes and kicks to make you an unstoppable Warrior.
The class will take you from the most basic Muay Thai concepts like footwork and movement all the way to the more advanced techniques like knees, elbows, punching, counter striking, fakes, blocking and much more.
But the real power is that while you are training these awesome techniques you are getting a killer workout and having a ton of FUN!
Classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 – 8:00pm
and Saturday at 10:00 – 11:00am

Wear loose fitting athletic attire – t-shirts, shorts, sweatpants are recommended
NO shoes on the mats at any time
NO chewing gum in class
NO food or drinks on the mat
Bow on and off the mat to show respect
Address instructors as “Coach”
Maintain a positive attitude and show respect to gym members at all times
Arrive to class at least 10 minutes prior to start time
Change clothes in the changing rooms
